Refund policy

Return Window:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached).

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at couture@shava.ch with your order number. We will provide a return label for domestic returns. For international returns, customers are responsible for shipping fees.

Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s). Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

Non-Returnable Items:
Sale items, undergarments, and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
